Vankvani's Builders & Developers was started 2 decades ago by Mr. Suresh Vankvani with the objective of providing a good shelter to the masses of Navi Mumbai within a common man's reach.

Mr. Suresh Vankvani is a first generation entrepreneur with more than three decades of experience in the real estate industry. With great passion and dedication, he started Vankvani Builders & Developers almost two decades ago. He is an honest and hard working business man who focuses on doing business with ethics and values.
Unlike other developers, he personally interacts with each of his customers and understands their requirements.
He is an engineer by qualification.

Mr. Rahul Vankvani is a second generation entrepreneur and already has more than five years of experience in the real estate industry at such a young age. He is a highly aggressive person who is spearheading the group towards growth and expansion while maintaining the ethical values he has learnt from his father. He is responsible for sales and marketing of projects and overlooks the construction activities.
He is a management graduate by qualification.

Ms. Mala Vankvani is a perfectionist by nature. She has experience of more than one decade in the field of real estate and finance. She believes in extreme perseverance to achieve the desired results. She is a passionate entrepreneur who believes in aggressive growth along with quality.
She heads the finance function of the business and is responsible for all regulatory compliance as well.
She is a chartered accountant and management graduate by qualification.
